Warranty & Guarantee

• All parts are security marked under CCTV before leaving site. Any parts returned under warranty or guarantee must include their security marking / security sticker for a refund.
• Any parts repaired or replaced under guarantee are guaranteed to the end of the original period.
• If you have any discrepancies with your order, you must notify us before fitting your items (if you fail to notify us prior to fitting the parts any claims for partial refunds will be null and void).
• Any claims for partial refunds must be agreed prior to fitment and you must give us the opportunity to collect & refund the items if an agreement cannot be made.
• Please ensure you or the garage confirms the part is correct against the replacement part prior to fitment.
• The period of guarantee commences on the date of delivery of the Product. Proof of purchase and purchase date may be required.
• This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights. Further information in respect of these statutory rights can be obtained from your local Trading Standards Department or Citizen’s Advice Bureau.

The guarantee is subject to the following exclusions:

• Accidental damage, customer misuse or neglect
• Abnormal wear and tear
• Unauthorised modification to the Product
• Faulty repairs by consumer or unauthorised agent

Warranty periods are as follows:

• New parts carry a 12 Month Warranty
• Used mechanical parts carry a 3 Month Warranty
• Used electrical parts carry a 3 Month Warranty

Labour Costs

• Quarry Motors are not liable for any labour costs involved with the fitting, removal, coding and programming of our parts.
• All our used parts are removed from accident damaged / MOT failure vehicles. Many of which have covered significant mileage and years of use.
• We will use our diagnostic machines and experience to test the parts to our full capacity. However, we are unable to road test the donor vehicles and therefore involves some degree of risk.
• If you do not agree or understand any of the above, please refrain from ordering.
