Delivery & Postage

  • For shelved items delivery will be sent within 2 workings days. Please allow extra time for any parts which are still fitted to accident damaged vehicle.
  • All of our orders are sent via a traceable method using Royal Mail and well-established courier companies.
  • Second hand body panels are very awkward to deliver and unfortunately cannot be insured via courier (damage claims cannot be made against used body panels).

Please bear this in mind when purchasing:

  • We would prefer you collect the items in person to avoid any risk of damages.
  • Shipment of used body panels is at your own risk.
  • Standard delivery of shelved parts is normally within 2 working days. Delivery times are calculated in working days – i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank Holidays). In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.
  • Goods delivered by courier will usually arrive between 8am and 5pm, however our couriers may attempt delivery outside these hours. All courier deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives the courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.
  • Deliveries to non-Mainland UK or remote locations are often more expensive and take longer.
  • If your order is made up of a combination of items, deliveries may on occasion be made separately.
  • All items must be checked for damage on delivery. Items signed for are assumed to be in good condition and no refund/exchange will be offered in the event of signing for a damaged item in good condition.
  • We can only accept credit card orders from holders of credit or debit cards registered at UK addresses. Transactions for customers outside of the UK must be made by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.
  • Quarry Motors reserves the right to decline or cancel orders at any time. We will notify you by telephone or by email. We will not accept responsibility for issues resulting from declines, cancellations, email notification failures or unanswered calls.

Returns Policy

  • Any qualifying returns must be refunded via the original method of payment. Refunds will be issued within 5 workings days.
  • Quarry Motors are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.
  • Please ensure you or the garage confirms the part is correct prior to fitment.
  • Defective on arrival products must be reported within 14 days. Defective products may be tested for verification.
  • Any returns must be made within 21 days. If this period is exceeded a refund or exchange will not be granted.

We will repair or replace all products which are shown to be faulty provided that:

  • Goods are returned to us carriage paid.
  • All goods are sent back to us via a recorded delivery service.
  • All Goods are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced).
  • We cannot accept any items which have been classed as a special order item which has bought in to your specification for return.
  • All returns must be accompanied by a returns note, and reason for return.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.
  • All parts are marked up for identification purposes and some parts carry anti-tamper stickers. Any returned parts must be marked and without evidence of tampering to qualify for exchange or refund.
  • Correctly supplied parts cannot be returned. This is defined by the description on your invoice. If the part matches the description on your invoice then it is correct and cannot be returned. A part is classed as incorrect only if it does not match the description or is unsuitable due to incompatibility issues. In these circumstances an exchange will be offered. A refund will only be available if we are unable to supply the correct item.
