In 2019, we developed a brand new End-of-Life site for our vehicle dismantling department based in Waleswood, Sheffield. We now have more than 20,000 square feet of modern in-door storage for our BMW Parts – all of which are cleaned and tested prior to delivery.

Prior to departure from our facility, all used parts undergo security marking under CCTV surveillance. For any parts returned under warranty or guarantee, inclusion of the security marking or sticker is essential for a refund.

Components repaired or replaced under guarantee are assured coverage until the conclusion of the original period. Should you encounter any discrepancies with your order, please notify us before installing the items.

All of our spare BMW parts are sent tracked via Royal Mail and other well-established courier companies. Alternatively, you can choose to collect items on-site from our storage facility in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.

For shelved items that we currently have in-stock, delivery will be sent within 2 working days. However, for any used BMW parts which are still fitted to accident damaged vehicles, please allow extra time for the product to be packaged and shipped.

All courier deliveries must be signed for. Goods delivered by courier will usually arrive between the hours of 8am and 5pm, however, our couriers may attempt to deliver your spare part outside these hours.

If you are out when the courier arrives, there’s no need to panic. The courier will leave a card and contact number to arrange a suitable time for redelivery. As an alternative, you can collect the parts you have ordered from a relevant local depot.

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed through the original method of payment and will be issued within 5 working days. Quarry Motors disclaims responsibility for any labour charges arising from the fitting or removal of faulty (or incorrectly supplied) used parts.

It is crucial to confirm the correctness of the BMW used part before installation, either by you or the garage. Defective products upon arrival must be reported within 14 days, and they may undergo testing for verification purposes. All returns must be initiated within 21 days; unfortunately failure to meet this deadline will result in the denial of a refund or exchange.
