To ensure product quality, every spare part undergoes meticulous security marking under constant CCTV surveillance before leaving our premises. When returning parts under warranty or guarantee, it’s imperative to include the security marking or sticker for swift processing of your refund.

Components repaired or replaced under guarantee remain covered until the end of the original period. Should any issues arise with your order, you must inform us before installing the items.

Our BMW Z Series spare parts are promptly dispatched via tracked delivery services, including reliable couriers like Royal Mail. For local customers, the option to collect items directly from our Sheffield facility is available for added convenience.

For items in-stock on our shelves, expect delivery within 2 working days. However, for used BMW Z Series parts still affixed to accident-damaged vehicles within our yard, please allow additional time for packaging and shipping.

All courier deliveries require a signature upon receipt. While deliveries primarily occur between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm, our couriers may attempt delivery outside of these hours. In the event of a missed delivery, the courier will leave a card with a contact number to arrange a suitable redelivery time. Alternatively, customers can opt to collect their ordered parts from a nearby depot.

Refunds for eligible returns are processed via the original payment method provided and are typically issued within 5 working days. Please note, Quarry Motors does not cover any labour charges associated with fitting or removing faulty or incorrectly supplied used BMW Z Series parts.

It’s crucial to verify the accuracy of the BMW Z Series used part prior to installation, whether by yourself or the garage you engage. Any defective parts upon arrival must be reported within 14 days and may undergo testing for verification. All returns must be initiated within 21 days; failure to meet this deadline will result in the denial of a refund or exchange.
