To ensure quality for all of our products, each spare part undergoes security marking under constant CCTV surveillance before leaving our premises. When returning parts under warranty or guarantee, you must include the security marking or sticker for processing of your refund.

Components repaired or replaced under guarantee remain covered until the original period ends. Should any issues arise with your order, you must inform us before installing the items.

Our BMW 5 Series spare parts are dispatched promptly via tracked delivery services, including Royal Mail and reputable couriers. Alternatively, if you are a local customer, you have the option to collect items directly from our storage facility in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.

For items readily available on our shelves, you can expect delivery within 2 working days. However, for used BMW 5 Series parts still attached to accident-damaged vehicles within our yard, please allow additional time for packaging and shipping.

All courier deliveries require a signature upon receipt. While deliveries primarily occur between working hours of 8 am and 5 pm, our couriers may attempt delivery outside of these hours. If you miss the delivery, rest assured that the courier will leave a card with a contact number to arrange a convenient redelivery time. Alternatively, you can opt to collect your ordered parts from a nearby depot.

Refunds for eligible returns are processed via the original payment method provided and are typically issued within 5 working days. Please note, Quarry Motors does not cover any labour charges associated with fitting or removing faulty or incorrectly supplied used BMW 5 Series parts.

It’s crucial to verify the accuracy of the BMW 5 Series used part prior to installing onto your vehicle, whether by yourself or the garage you use. Any defective parts upon arrival must be reported within 14 days and may undergo testing for verification. All returns must be initiated within 21 days; failure to meet this deadline will result in the denial of a refund or exchange.
