Our BMW 3 Series spare parts are dispatched promptly via tracked delivery services, including Royal Mail and reputable courier companies. Alternatively, you have the option to collect items directly from our storage facility in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.

For items readily available on our shelves, expect delivery within 2 working days. However, for used BMW 3 Series parts still attached to accident-damaged vehicles, please allow additional time for packaging and shipping.

All courier deliveries require a signature upon receipt. While deliveries primarily occur between 8am and 5pm, our couriers may attempt delivery outside these hours. If you miss the delivery, rest assured that the courier will leave a card with a contact number to arrange a convenient redelivery time. Alternatively, you can opt to collect your ordered parts from a nearby depot.

Refunds for eligible returns are processed via the original payment method and typically issued within 5 working days. Please note that Quarry Motors does not cover any labour charges associated with fitting or removing faulty or incorrectly supplied used BMW 3 Series parts.

Prior to installation, it’s crucial to verify the accuracy of the BMW 3 Series used part, whether by yourself or the garage. Any defective parts upon arrival must be reported within 14 days and may undergo testing for verification. All returns must be initiated within 21 days; failure to meet this deadline will result in the denial of a refund or exchange.
