To maintain quality assurance, all used 1 Series parts undergo thorough security marking under CCTV surveillance before leaving our facility. When returning parts under warranty or guarantee, it’s essential to include the security marking or sticker for processing a refund.

Rest assured, components repaired or replaced under guarantee are covered until the end of the original period. If you encounter any issues with your order, please notify us before installing the items.

Our BMW 1 Series spare parts are efficiently dispatched via tracked delivery services, including Royal Mail and established courier companies. Alternatively, you have the option to collect items directly from our storage facility in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.

For items currently in stock on our shelves, expect delivery within 2 working days. However, for used BMW 1 Series parts still attached to accident-damaged vehicles, please allow additional time for packaging and shipping.

All courier deliveries require a signature upon receipt. While deliveries typically occur between 8am and 5pm, our couriers may attempt delivery outside these hours. If you miss the delivery, don’t worry. The courier will leave a card with a contact number to schedule a suitable redelivery time. Alternatively, you can arrange to collect your ordered parts from a nearby depot.

Refunds for eligible returns are processed via the original payment method and issued within 5 working days. Quarry Motors does not cover any labour charges associated with fitting or removing faulty or incorrectly supplied used BMW 1 Series parts.

It’s essential to ensure the accuracy of the BMW 1 Series used part before installation, whether by you or the garage. Any defective 1 Series parts upon arrival must be reported within 14 days – and may undergo testing for verification. All returns must be initiated within 21 days; failure to meet this deadline will result in the denial of a refund or exchange.
